This double album was recorded on 24, 27,30 October 2001 during the Wexford Festival Opera which takes place in the town of Wexford in south-eastern Ireland.
The Alessandro Stradella is the second most important opera by the German composer Friedrich Flotow and is in three acts.
Among the performers: Costa, Antonov, Morozova, Zahradnicek, Kelly, Wexford Festival Opera Chorus, National Philharmonic Orchestra of Belarus, Callegari.
Recorded in Stereo DSD on Pyramix using dCS A/D and D/A converters
