This record was made in Milan in the Sala dell'Ermellino whose walls return a rare
acoustic in the memory of Leonardo da Vinci who worked a few steps away on his “Last Supper.”
Here was his vineyard, a meeting place, certainly with Josquin Desprez, a Flemish composer admired by Luther, and came to Milan in the 15th century to accompany the marvellous singers of the cathedral.
