It is an absolute reference album for Italian jazz featuring the 5 most famous Italian jazz musicians in the world: Enrico Rava trumpet and flugelhorn, Paolo Fresu trumpet and flugelhorn, Stefano Bollani piano, Enzo Pietropaoli double bass and Roberto Gatto drums. Giulio Cesare Ricci has remastered this album produced by Via Veneto Jazz using the entirely analogue and valve Signoricci system. The Master was created with the Ampex ATR 102 (Electronic Tube Ampex Model 351-1965) 2 tracks, 1/2 inch, 30ips modified by David Manley. Giulio Cesare Ricci chose to create a double album because the musical program lasts about an hour and to have maximum quality he had to spread it over 4 sides. This is to have wider and deeper grooves, thus guaranteeing the original dynamics which is fundamental for this repertoire. It's a "must", not to be missed!
