Audiophile Productions allows 2/3 working days for packaging and completing the administrative procedures required for the shipment. After this short period, delivery times are approximately estimated in 2 days, although times and details may vary according to the courier and shipment destination.
UPON RECEIVING OUR PRODUCT
In order to make our service more and more efficient, we encourage our customers to check the packaging upon reception from the courier. Should the packaging be damaged or not perfectly intact, we encourage you to accept it “conditionally”, signing and writing clearly on the delivery sheet the following words “goods received unchecked”. If the package appears severely damaged, so that you believe that the content is clearly going to be damaged as well, we encourage you not to accept the delivery. In this case, please write “goods refused – damaged package”. Please note that any complaint must be immediately submitted to the shipper, otherwise the shipment will be considered as if it was delivered correctly. The receipt or shipping invoice must be kept as a legally valid document for warranty purposes.
Upon receiving the goods, please check the integrity and presence of all the articles included in the order. Any potential irregularity or damage must be communicated by email, attaching pictures of the damage in subject no later than 2/3 days after receiving the goods. After three days, we will decline any responsibility regarding damages/anomalies/missing items. For complaints filed within three days, Audiophile Production will make sure to reintegrate any damaged item, free of charge.
We will not accept complaints for any intact, non-damaged item. We will not accept complaints due to malfunctions or damages connected with a wrong usage of our products. Once the actual anomaly or damage will be verified, we will promptly arrange the shipment of either the item or the spare part in subject, depending on the nature of the damage.
All shipment within the Italian territory are free of charge. The cost of international shipments will be calculated automatically by the system, according to destination and the weight of goods. Please note that in case of purchase via bank transfer the goods will be shipped only once the transaction will be effectively credited on our account.
