Conceived, mastered and produced by Giulio Cesare Ricci
The master for the SACD was created by transferring the original analog master
made with the AMPEX ATR 102 (Electronic Tube Ampex Model 351 - 1965)
2-track 1⁄2” 30ips modified by David Manley.
The mastering for the SACD was done by Giulio Cesare Ricci
using the entirely analog and valve-based Signoricci system.
“I approached this work fascinated by the simplicity of the Antiphons, by that minimalism that leaves open all the ways of the imagination, an extremely precious contrast, ancient and modern. “Gratia” aspires to demonstrate, indeed to confirm, that even the most diverse and distant languages can meet under the sign of a mystique without borders, of a love that can go beyond individual cults.”
